What's the deal with returns if I open something and my skin hates it? I'm debating between the Ayuna Cream II and the MBR Liquid Surgery Serum, but they're both pricey.

I returned an unopened serum last month, no problem at all. For opened products, it's a bit trickier though. I think their policy says they can't accept returns on opened skincare due to hygiene, unless it's genuinely faulty.

Yeah, unfortunately, most places won't take back opened skincare unless there's a defect. Maybe try to get a sample first if you can? Sometimes they throw them in with orders.

Nah, pretty sure most of the clinical brands like BR are excluded from those sitewide promos. They're usually super strict about that. Tried it myself once, didn't work.
